Whitney Davison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and financial management. Currently serving as a Partner at The Ready since December 2021 and as a Coach at Whitney Davison Coaching since October 2020, Whitney focuses on empowering change agents to drive meaningful change within their organizations and communities. Prior experience includes notable roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from June 2008 to December 2021, including Financial Management and Planning Business Consultant, Commissioned Examiner, and Senior Credit & Risk Analyst, where Whitney utilized change management methodologies and conducted financial assessments. Whitney holds a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Public Finance and a Bachelor's in Business Economics from Georgia State University.
