Alyssa Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales compensation and revenue operations. Currently serving as Director of Sales Compensation at The RealReal since January 2021, Alyssa has previously held roles as Associate Director of Sales Compensation within the same company. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Yelp from August 2013 to January 2021, culminating as Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Compensation.
