Deborah van Horn

Deborah Van Horn, J.D., currently serves as the Head of Global Tax at The RealReal since July 2021. Prior to this role, Deborah was the President of Van Helen Distribution LLC, where a family-owned business was established to distribute Swedish products in the US via Amazon Web Marketplace. Deborah has extensive experience in international tax, having held senior positions at companies like Amkor Technology, Aristocrat, NeoTract, PMC-Sierra (now Microsemi), and OCLARO, leading tax functions, compliance, and strategic planning. Deborah also served as Director of Corporate & International Tax at OptiSolar Inc. and played a role in mergers and acquisitions at Babcock & Brown, after beginning a career in international tax at Deloitte. Deborah holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University.
