Holly Carroll is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client services and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at The RealReal since March 2021, Holly previously held the position of Vice President at David's Bridal from September 2015 to March 2021, where leadership was provided for customer service and sales initiatives supporting over 300 stores and e-commerce operations. Prior to that, Holly was the Director of Operations at Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, from February 2003 to August 2015, focusing on customer relationship management within a multi-channel contact center. Holly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Lansdale School of Business.
