Don Sullivan

Don Sullivan brings extensive leadership experience in the industrial products sector, currently serving as SVP and GM of Industrial Products at CSW Industrials Inc. since 2016, overseeing full P&L responsibility for the division, which includes brands such as Rectorseal and Balco. As President and CEO of Rectorseal since 2015, Don has continued to drive financial performance within the company. Prior positions include Division President at Goodman Manufacturing and various roles at Carrier Corporation, Cambridge International, and Baltimore Aircoil Company. Don holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
