Vickie Sokol Evans is the CEO and Founder of The Red Cape Company, a global leader in providing engagement training for Microsoft, Google, and Apple productivity. Vickie helps teams deliver better results in less time by offering practical and relevant best practices and guidance. Through their training, companies can increase efficiency, reduce time and effort, and improve productivity, skills, and quality.

Vickie has also worked as a Technology Instructor/Presenter for the Be the Ultimate Assistant Weekend Intensive Workshop, where they help personal and executive assistants develop and fine-tune their skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, career management, technology, and social media privacy.

Vickie has experience as a Secret Senate Improv Troupe member at ColdTowne Theater. Additionally, they have worked at Microsoft as a Business Analyst for Enterprise Platforms Support and as a Data Analyst for Volt Technology. Vickie served as a Technical Trainer at Locke Liddell & Sapp and as a Business Process Consultant & Trainer at Lombardi Software.

Vickie Sokol Evans founded and coordinated the SVIP (Student Volunteer Incentive Program) and worked as a Founder/Program Coordinator. Vickie also worked as a Software Consultant & Trainer at Austin Data Systems and as a Youth Community Services Coordinator at the Texas Commission on Volunteerism & Community Service.

Vickie Sokol Evans has a diverse education history, with a focus on comedy and leadership. In 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. In 1997, they pursued further education in Urban Education and Leadership, earning a Certificate from Leadership Austin. In 2002, they attended the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, completing Level 2 in Improvisational Comedy. Continuing their comedy education, they then attended the Four Day Weekend Improvisational Comedy school from 2008 to 2009, achieving Level 3. Finally, in 2009, they attended ColdTowne Theater for Improvisational Comedy.

In addition to their formal education, Vickie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the following: Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, Microsoft Office Master 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist in various applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and FileMaker: Relational Database Design from LinkedIn. These certifications highlight Vickie's expertise in Microsoft Office applications and their commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.
