Justin Lee Williams, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional with extensive expertise in therapy and case management. Currently serving as a Staff Therapist and Contract Therapist at The Refuge Center for Counseling since August 2018, Justin has previously held roles including Primary Therapist at The Ranch TN and Psychiatric Social Worker at Rolling Hills Hospital. Justin's clinical experience encompasses individual, group, and family therapy, as well as conducting psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention. Justin has also worked with diverse populations, including individuals living with HIV, and has facilitated therapeutic support for those experiencing homelessness. With a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's in Sociology from North Park University, Justin employs various evidence-based therapeutic modalities in practice.
