Lynde Ross

Lynde Ross is an experienced social worker with a strong background in clinical counseling and social work consultation. Since December 2015, Lynde has served as an LMSW at The Refuge Center for Counseling, utilizing a strengths-based integrative approach to provide compassionate care. Concurrently, since October 2015, Lynde has worked as a Social Work Consultant at Narus Health, where responsibilities include developing clinical models and supporting care management platform design. Previous roles include Patient Care Center Supervisor at Aspire Healthcare, where Lynde managed operations and coordinated hospice transitions, and various internships focused on older adult services and support group facilitation. Lynde holds a Master of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
