Lindsey Schonewolf

Lindsey Schonewolf has worked in various roles since 2008. Lindsey began as a Sales Associate at A.C. Moore in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Bakery Assistant at Karen Donatelli's Cake Designs. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Bookkeeper at Hodges Family Farm and as a Bakery Assistant at Nona's Sweets Bakery and Cafe. In 2016, they began working at The Remi Group (Remi) as a Vendor Payables Manager, Claims Representative / Accounts Payable, and Operations Specialist.

Lindsey Schonewolf obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College between 2008 and 2012. Lindsey then went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. Additionally, Lindsey has obtained a ServSafe certification.
