Robert Shaw West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and creative direction, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of THE REPUBLIK® since January 2001. In addition to this role, Robert holds multiple leadership positions, including President of Rubberneck® and mutation®, Founder of The Experience Institute®, and Chairman of Becoming.™, among others. Previous experience includes key roles at French/West/Vaughan and MullenLowe Group. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Ringling College of Art and Design and the School of Visual Arts.
