Budoor Alyarubi currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Development at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in Oman since December 2021 and also holds the position of Coach & Talent Management Supervisor at the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit. Since March 2015, Budoor has been with The Research Council of the Sultanate of Oman, progressing through roles such as Head of Talent Management, Head of Training & Development, and HR Development Specialist. Previously, Budoor worked at the Ministry from September 2006 to February 2015 as a System Supervisor and English Teacher. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sultan Qaboos University, alongside ongoing CIPD studies at ICS Learn.
