Chandra Cotter

Chandra Cotter is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Technology Offering Program Manager at The Research Foundation for SUNY since December 2015, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction within the AIM Photonics initiative. Previously, Chandra worked as a Program Support Manager at SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Program Coordinator at SUNY Poly SEMATECH, where involvement in nanotechnology projects began. Chandra's career also includes roles as City Engineer for Johnstown, NY, overseeing public works, and as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University, Chandra has developed a robust skill set in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project success across various domains.
