Alaina Freels has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Alaina started their career as a Telecounselor at the Westmont College Office of Admissions in 2016, where they recruited potential students and provided decision-making advice. Alaina also collaborated with colleagues to build a positive work atmosphere.

In 2016, they were also the President of the Garden and Sustainability Club at Westmont College, leading sustainability initiatives and fostering a passion for nature among their team members.

In 2017, Alaina interned as an Editorial Intern at Fathom: Travel, where they wrote and edited travel-focused stories and communicated with freelance writers and featured companies.

Alaina also participated in the NYCJ Program at The King's College in 2017, where they interned in the city and took classes in entrepreneurial journalism.

Alaina worked as a Student Journalist on a Foreign Correspondent Seminar Across Israel-Palestine at Passages in 2017, conducting interviews and writing articles on the region's history and political climate.

In 2018, Alaina was an Administrative and Marketing Intern at the Santa Barbara Human Trafficking Task Force, where they played a crucial role in branding and creating a public presence for the start-up task force. Alaina also organized data for tracking purposes.

Alaina then worked as a Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2018, providing support to clients.

Alaina joined The Resonate Group, Inc. in 2019, starting as a Creative and Marketing Project Manager. Alaina later took on roles such as Growth Accelerator and Strategic Change Maker, where they focused on process development, client cultivation, messaging, and organizational improvements. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations, overseeing the company's operations and ensuring team alignment with company objectives.

Interestingly, prior to their professional career, Alaina worked as a Nanny, Babysitter, and Housesitter for various families from 2012 to 2017, demonstrating responsibility and mentorship skills to the children they cared for.

Alaina Freels obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Westmont College, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Christian Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary, which started in 2018 and is expected to be completed in 2023.
