Cory Hogue has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2010, Cory worked as a People Development Team Intern at Baptist Health Care, where they were exposed to various aspects of Human Resources and collaborated with different departments. In 2011, they interned at Target, completing an intensive training course and gaining experience in cross-functional teamwork. Later that year, they joined QMotion Advanced Shading Systems as an Inside Sales representative. At QMotion, they quickly advanced to become a Corporate Trainer, creating a comprehensive training program and delivering training to over 400 dealers. In 2013, Cory transitioned to Studer Group as a Software Accelerator Specialist, specializing in proprietary software and providing coaching and E-Learning modules to leaders. Moving on, they joined The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions, in 2016, initially as a Senior Analyst and then progressing to various management roles, including Area Manager Analytics, Manager Deployment, and currently serving as a Senior Manager, Deployment. Throughout their tenure at The Resource Group, Cory has been involved in various projects and initiatives, such as process improvement, data analysis, and project management.
Cory Hogue completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of West Florida from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2009 to 2011. Cory also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Pensacola State College from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they have a certification in Articulate Storyline 2.
