Terry Moon

Terry Moon, MBA, has extensive experience in IT contract design and strategic sourcing. They have held various roles at different companies throughout their career, including positions at The Resource Group and HealthTrust Purchasing Group. At HealthTrust, Terry worked their way up from Director to Assistant Vice President, leading IT sourcing operations and providing strategic advice to C-suite leadership. They also established and renegotiated contracts, resulting in significant cost savings. Prior to HealthTrust, Terry worked at HCA as a Manager of Service Automation, where they oversaw a team focused on business process optimization and implemented cost-effective solutions. They also served as an Infrastructure Service Director at CereCore, where they worked closely with hospital systems to improve efficiency. Earlier in their career, Terry held positions at HCA Healthcare, Dell, and IBM Global Services-Network Services. Overall, Terry's experience showcases their expertise in IT sourcing, contract negotiations, and process optimization.

Terry Moon, MBA, completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Computer Science at The University of Alabama from 2007 to 2012. In 2018, Terry pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology from Western Governors University, finishing in 2020.
