Jerry Benton

Jerry Benton has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jerry is currently the Vice President, People Attraction at T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies, where they develop and executes talent acquisition strategies, manages remote teams, collaborates with client partners, and fosters relationships with third-party recruitment agencies. Prior to this, Jerry worked at MarketSource Inc. for 8 years, where they held several roles including Senior Manager, Recruiting and Operations Manager, Recruiting. In these roles, they led teams, managed accounts, developed compensation plans, implemented technology systems, and worked closely with program leadership and field management to meet hiring needs.

Jerry Benton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbus State University. Jerry also has an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Columbus Technical College.
