Portia Spooner is an accomplished home economist and recipe developer with extensive experience in the food industry since 1996. Currently, Portia works at Rick Stein and Jill Stein - The Seafood Restaurant, a position held since February 2014. Previous roles include freelance home economics and styling for various photography projects, as well as contributions to notable productions such as Denham Productions and KEO Films, where Portia supported television chefs and engaged in recipe testing.
