Ryan Taylor is an experienced environmental educator and nature instructor currently serving as a Nature Awareness Instructor at The Riekes Center since October 2023. With a career spanning over a decade, Ryan has led the Earth Heroes Nature Camps at the Middlebrook Center, focusing on wildlife identification, environmental science, and ancestral survival skills. As the Founder and Head Instructor of Earthen Rangers, Ryan promotes primitive survival education for various age groups while emphasizing environmental conservation. Previous roles include Park Ranger for the City of Cupertino, where responsibilities included public safety and environmental protection, and a guest instructor at De Anza College teaching wildlife tracking. Ryan holds an Associate's Degree in Environmental Stewardship and Biodiversity from De Anza College and has pursued further education in wildlife and nature education from several institutions.
