Sadie McKinstry

Sadie McKinstry is a Business Development Specialist at The Right Place, Inc. since December 2021, with extensive experience in process improvement and team leadership. Prior to this role, Sadie served as a Lean Systems Analyst at Flexfab, LLC, where significant cost reductions in production were achieved, and competitive product offerings were developed. Earlier experience includes management roles at Big Boy Restaurants International, LLC, where skills were broadened from dishwasher to manager, sales representation at Sprint, and quality auditing at Lacks Enterprises. Sadie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Neuroscience and Cognitive Science at the University of Arizona, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University, and has obtained a certification in Business Administration and Management from Kellogg Community College.
