Melissa Serrell

Melissa Serrell, M.A, currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Galil Brands since April 2024 and has been affiliated with The Rinx as an Ice Skating Professional and Skating School Ambassador since November 2013. With extensive experience in administrative support, Melissa has previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Specialty Networks, where productivity was enhanced by 15%, and at Cooperperson Performance Consulting, overseeing strategic projects. Additionally, Melissa contributed as a Learning and Development Specialist at Marcum LLP and held roles at Teachers Federal Credit Union, focusing on training, quality assurance, and management.
