Msop Mimi Gonzalez

Mimi Gonzalez, MSOP, currently serves as the Director of Career Development at Hartford Promise and is the founder and podcast host of griefsense, the world's first podcast aimed at creatives who are grievers. Mimi also operates Mimi Gonzalez Consulting LLC as an Organizational Development Consultant. Previous experience includes a range of roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed diversity leadership, talent development, and human resources. Additional experiences include production at Ten Out of Ten LLC, membership in the Obama Foundation's Community Leadership Corps, and various positions in human resources and production for organizations such as Women's Health USA, Aetna, and Alika Hope. Mimi holds multiple degrees from the University of Hartford, including a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gender Studies.
