Audun Egge

Audun Egge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions underwriting and legal practice. Currently serving as a Senior M&A Underwriter and Attorney-at-law at RiskPoint Group since March 2020, Audun has previously held roles at Wiersholm from April 2008 to March 2020, progressing from Associate to Managing Associate. Additionally, Audun gained valuable judicial experience as a Deputy Judge at Sandefjord tingrett from November 2011 to March 2013.
