Diego Sendagorta

Diego Sendagorta currently serves as a Senior M&A Underwriter at RiskPoint Group since September 2023. Previously, Sendagorta was the legal counsel responsible for Spain and Portugal at Total Specific Solutions from September 2019 to September 2023, where the company is recognized as part of Constellation Software's European group. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate M&A Lawyer at Cuatrecasas from September 2017 to August 2019 and working as a Corporate M&A, energy, and infrastructure associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2011 to June 2016. Notably, Sendagorta completed a summer internship at Grameen Bank in July 2009 under the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an MBA in International Business from École Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon Idrac, and a double degree in Law and Business Administration from CUNEF.
