Lutz Weidtke

Lutz Weidtke currently serves as Lead Underwriter for Offshore Renewables at RiskPoint Group, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Lutz held the role of Senior Underwriter for Construction, Power, Engineering & Renewable Energy at Codan Forsikring from January 2019 to January 2022. Lutz's experience also includes a tenure at Marsh, where roles included Head of Engineering and Renewable Energy for the Northern Region and Key Client Advisor, focusing on risk management and consulting for offshore wind farms, international project insurance, and warranty insurance. Prior to this, Lutz worked at INKON Insurance Broker GmbH and TEMAKO Versicherungsmakler GmbH as a Kundenbetreuer mit Handlungsvollmacht and contributed to Allianz from 1989 to 2007. Lutz's educational background includes degrees from Deutsche Versicherungsakademie in Technical Underwriting and Graduate Business Administration in the field of insurance.
