Tanya Nash is a seasoned professional in the field of transactional risk and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Transactional Risk for EMEA at RiskPoint Group since September 2018. Additionally, Tanya holds the title of Chief Underwriting Officer for M&A Europe and previously directed M&A activities in the UK at RiskPoint. Prior experience includes roles as Underwriter and M&A Insurance Counsel at Neon (formerly Marketform) and as General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Ironshore International. Earlier career highlights include partnership positions at Ince & Co and Dentons, where Tanya demonstrated expertise in legal and underwriting aspects of M&A.
