Dawn Lafontaine

Dawn LaFontaine has extensive experience in the airline and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Manager of Air & Hotel Programs at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dawn worked at Delta Air Lines from January 2004 to August 2020, holding the position of Senior National Account Executive in Specialty Sales, where responsibilities included managing a global strategic partnership for cruise, tour, and marine lines with revenues exceeding $250 million annually. Dawn also served as a National Account Manager in Corporate Sales, successfully initiating and developing relationships with corporate and agency accounts, resulting in a sales portfolio that exceeded $75 million in total revenue. Dawn holds two Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Marketing/Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
