Mark Lockwood has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mark has held senior leadership positions in renowned companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Midtown Athletic Clubs, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line, Radisson SAS Hotels, The Grand Hotel Brighton, and Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa.

Mark'smost recent role was as the Chief Product Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Brand Operations Officer at the same company, starting in December 2022.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Norwegian Cruise Line as the Assistant Hotel Director from September 2004 to March 2006, and as the Director of Food & Beverage from October 2001 to September 2004. Mark also worked at Radisson SAS Hotels as the Director of Food and Beverage from February 2001 to September 2001.

Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Assistant Manager at The Grand Hotel Brighton from January 2000 to February 2001, and the role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa from March 1996 to December 1999.

Mark Lockwood has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Wakefield College, School of Hospitality, where they earned a Diploma in International Hotel Catering Management & Institutional Operations. Mark later pursued further education at the University of Miami from 2010 to 2011, completing a Leadership Development Course at the School of Business Administration. In 2014, Mark enrolled in the Executive Leadership Course at The Wharton School and completed it in 2015. The field of study for these courses is not specified.
