Robert Bayfield

Robert Bayfield has extensive experience in the maritime industry, with their most recent role as Chief Engineer at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Robert started this position in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Crystal Cruises for over a decade, serving as Chief Engineer from August 2011 to June 2022 and as Assistant Chief Engineer from September 2009 to August 2011. Before joining Crystal Cruises, they worked at V Ships as Chief Engineer from February 2002 to July 2009. Robert began their career at P&O Cruises as a 2nd Engineer in 1989 and remained in this role until 2002.
