Gwen Mainwaring

Gwen Mainwaring is a skilled Project Communications Officer at The Rivers Trust since March 2021, with a background in event management and operations. Prior experience includes serving as Operations & Events Manager at Global Generation from April 2015 to March 2021, and as the Founder of Teaspoon Events, which specializes in bespoke vintage events, from May 2011 to December 2016. Additionally, Gwen held the position of Venue Manager at New Vortex Jazz Club from February 2010 to November 2014, managing the venue and ensuring smooth operations for artists and audiences. Gwen also worked as a Venue Coordinator and had a brief tenure as a Cultural Campaigns Assistant with the Greater London Authority. Gwen is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Culture Policy and Management at City, University of London.
