Jean DeFlorio

Ms. DeFlorio is Vice President, Accounting of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for the financial reporting and technical accounting matters for RMR and several of its managed REITs. Since joining RMR in 1997, Ms. DeFlorio has held several senior positions in the accounting department, most recently as Senior Director. She has more than 25 years of financial reporting and accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Ms. DeFlorio earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stonehill College.
