Pam McCallister

Pam McCallister is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in diverse roles. Currently serving as a Marketing Copywriter/Editor at Radford University since October 2016, Pam also holds the position of Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Friends of the Blue Ridge Parkway since January 2014, where responsibilities include developing comprehensive communication strategies across various platforms. Additionally, Pam contributes as a Freelance Magazine Designer for Roanoke Business, utilizing Adobe InDesign to create editorial content while collaborating with a creative team. From 1997 to 2013, Pam worked at The Roanoke Times, first as Community Voices Layout Editor, managing the design and production of weekly newspapers, and later as Page Designer/Copy Editor in charge of layout for various news sections. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Marshall University.
