Kenita Anderson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Kenita began their career in 1995 as a Receptionist at the Boston University School of Public Health, where they provided administrative support and managed various tasks. From there, they worked at several organizations, including Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where they held multiple roles such as Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, Compensation Coordinator, and Executive Assistant. In these positions, Kenita was responsible for administering employee benefit programs, managing leave-of-absence programs, coordinating physician benefits, and providing administrative support to C-level executives. Kenita also worked at Franciscan Children's as a Benefits and HRIS Administrator, and at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange as a Global Benefits Manager. Most recently, Kenita has been a Member of The Black In HR (TM). Their experience showcases their expertise in employee benefits, program administration, HRIS, and administrative support.
Kenita Anderson received their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Northeastern University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Northeastern University in Management Information Systems, General, from 2001 to 2003.
