Theo (Theadore) H. serves as the Director of Operations at The Rollout Crew since 2022, overseeing all company operations, project schedules, partner collaborations, policy implementation, and budget maintenance. Previously, Theo held the position of Sr. IT Program and Project Manager from 2015 to June 2022, managing multiple programs and projects within the financial and telecom industries, with a focus on IT infrastructure. Theo's extensive career includes various roles at Hewlett-Packard from 2001 to 2015, such as Sr. IT Project Manager Director and Sr. IT Portfolio Manager, where best practices for IT recruitment and large-scale project management were developed. Early military experience in Logistics Management with the USMC from 1992 to 2002 provided foundational skills for managing complex logistics and operations. Theo holds a degree in Business Management from MiraCosta College.
