Funda E. Kelsay

Funda E. Kelsay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and community service. Currently serving as Board President-Elect for the Hillsboro Community Foundation and chairing the Scholarship Committee since 2021, Funda is also an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Portland. Funda has held positions as Director of External Affairs and Marketing at Premier Jets, Inc. since 1998 and as Co-Owner of Premier Space Systems since 2009. Funda has contributed to the Classic Aircraft Aviation Museum as a Director and Board Member since 1998 and previously served as President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Hillsboro, Oregon. Funda's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same university, complemented by training at Hillsboro Aero Academy and Harley Davidson Motorcycle Training School.
