Cresty Xavier

Cresty Xavier is a dedicated social worker currently supporting the well-being of students at The Royal Academy Ajman since December 2023. Previously, Cresty served as a career counselor at Brillianz Education and gained extensive experience as a freelance tutor at Insight Tuition Centre from June 2020 to September 2023. Additional roles include a disability social work trainee at KRIPA Centre for Rehabilitation and Early Intervention, a psychiatric social work intern at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences, and a medical social work trainee at Narayana Health. Cresty also has experience as a geriatric social work trainee with the Udayam Project and a community social work trainee at RAJAGIRI Outreach. Earlier professional experience encompasses inventory and accounts supervision at PachaMama art cafe and accounting at Family Super Market. Cresty holds a Master of Social Work from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Bharata Matha College.
