Sadie Barber

Sadie Barber has extensive experience in the horticultural and botanical fields, currently serving on the Society of Fellows Advisory Council at Longwood Gardens since October 2020. Sadie has been with the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh since June 2006, holding roles as Research Collections and Project Manager, as well as Senior Horticulturist. Previously, Sadie was a Longwood Fellow at Longwood Gardens from May 2018 to June 2019. Educational credentials include a Higher National Diploma in Horticulture with Plantsmanship from the University of Glasgow (2004-2006), and prior studies at Edinburgh Napier University (1995-1999) and the University of Bradford (1994-1995) in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications.
