Kathy Olorenshaw

Kathy Olorenshaw has extensive work experience in laboratory services and management. Kathy currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Operations, Laboratory Services at The Royal Children's Hospital since September 2022. Prior to this, they were an Operations Manager in Laboratory Services at the same organization from July 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining The Royal Children's Hospital, Kathy worked at SAHMRI as the Manager of SAHMRI Laboratories from April 2020 to September 2021. Kathy also served as the Laboratory Manager at the University of Adelaide from June 2018 to September 2021.

In their earlier career, Kathy held the role of Pathology Operations Manager at Goulburn Valley Health from February 2016 to May 2018. Kathy also worked at Roche as Regional Applications and Technical Support from October 2014 to January 2016, and at Adelaide Pathology Partners - Clinical Laboratory Services Pty Limited as Laboratory Manager from May 2010 to October 2014. Overall, Kathy Olorenshaw has demonstrated expertise in laboratory management and operations throughout their career.

Kathy Olorenshaw obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Medical Technology from RMIT University.
