Leena Alkadi

Leena Alkadi has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Leena is currently a Member at GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI) since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Royal Commission for Al-Ula starting in 2018. Leena held positions such as Contracts & Transactions Director - Legal Department, Contracts & Transactions Manager, and Senior Legal Associate. Before that, they worked as an Associate at Baker McKenzie in 2017. Furthermore, they gained experience at Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) as a Policy & Advisory Advisor in the Regulatory Department from 2015 to 2016. Leena also worked at Al Tamimi & Company as a Lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial Department from 2013 to 2015. Leena'searlier experiences include being a Trainee Lawyer at Dentons (formerly SNR Denton) in the Corporate & Commercial Department and an Intern at Clyde & Co.

Leena Alkadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Law with honors from Prince Sultan University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Leena later pursued a Master's degree in American Law with a concentration in International Business Practice at Boston University School of Law from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, they attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law for a course on Business Association in the field of Law. Leena Alkadi also obtained certifications such as Corporate Governance Essentials from the GCC Board Directors Institute in 2023 and an Attorney License from the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia in 2015.
