Tahir Khandaker

Tahir Khandaker is an experienced Police Constable with a current position at British Transport Police since July 2022 and previously served in the Metropolitan Police beginning June 2019, where responsibilities included emergency response, forensics, public order, and evidence handling. In addition to law enforcement, Tahir is pursuing a medical degree at King’s College London, and is involved in research at the Royal Society of Medicine, as well as leading an assessment and online mentoring program for M2SPED Awareness. Educational qualifications include a police foundation course from Hendon Police College and A-levels from Harris Westminster Sixthform. Prior experiences consist of participation in STEM Potential at Imperial College London and an internship in the Plastic Surgery Department at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
