Theresa Mossholder has extensive experience in catering operations and team supervision. Theresa previously worked as a Catering Operations Supervisor at Field to Table Catering and Events Chicago, overseeing daily operations at the Field Museum. Prior to that, Theresa held a Team Supervisor role at Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine, where Theresa managed inventory and product. Additionally, Theresa served as a Team Captain at Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Currently, Theresa works as a Procurement and Dispatch Coordinator and Strategic Accounts Coordinator at The Ruby Company.
