Jo Curley

Jo Curley is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as HR Director at The Rug Company since July 2017, Jo plays a key role on the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, as Head of HR at Hackett London from February 2002 to March 2016, Jo contributed to the brand's international growth strategy. Jo's career also includes a position as HR Manager at The Windsmoor Group from October 1989 to April 1999, where responsibilities spanned recruitment and training. Jo Curley holds a CIPD degree in HR from the University of the Arts London, earned from 1991 to 1994.
