Kate Judd

Kate Judd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the luxury retail and design sectors. As Managing Director for Global Partners & Middle East at The Rug Company since April 2012, Kate spearheaded the brand's establishment in the Middle East and oversees the region's profitability. Previously, as VP of Global Partnerships and Franchises, Kate achieved over 150% revenue growth across multiple regions by modernizing the franchise model and managing 22 global partnerships. Kate's career also includes significant roles in showroom management and sales, such as launching a flagship showroom at The Rug Company and managing sales at Walter Knoll and Andrew Nebbett Antiques. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing & Management from the London College of Fashion.
