BoonE Tai is an experienced pastry chef with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Pastry Chef at The RuMa Hotel and Residences since November 2018, BoonE has previously held notable roles as Pastry Chef at UOA Hospitality and Hotel Equatorial Melaka, and as Active Marketing Chef at UNOX S.p.A. Further experience includes positions as Chef de Partie at InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and Demi Chef de Partie at Sunway International Hotels & Resorts. BoonE began culinary training as 1st Commis at Hotel Equatorial Bangi-Putrajaya and started as Pastry Cook at Renaissance Melaka Hotel. Education was completed at Catholic High School Malacca.
