Mike Glanville

Mike Glanville has extensive experience in the field of law enforcement. Mike co-founded The Safeguarding Company in 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Dorset Police where they held various roles, including Assistant Chief Constable from 2009 to 2012, Detective Chief Superintendent - Head of CID from 2005 to 2009, Detective Superintendent, Director of Intelligence from 2003 to 2004, and Operations Superintendent, Bournemouth Division from 2001 to 2003. In their role as Operations Superintendent, they were responsible for all operational policing in the Bournemouth area and worked closely with the local community and partners to develop crime reduction initiatives.
