Carol Zimmerman

Carol Zimmerman has extensive experience in marketing and recruiting, currently serving as the Founder and President of CZDirectSearch since August 2014, where focus lies on building relationships and finding talent for clients. Additionally, Carol is an Executive Recruiter for The Sage Group since June 2013, and Vice President of Recruiting at Chief People since February 2009, specializing in early-stage companies. Earlier career roles include VP of Marketing for America’s Lemonade Stand, Haggin Marketing, and Gymboree Corporation, along with consultancy at Ram Consulting. Carol holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco and an MFA from New York University.
