Camille Madeleine is a PhD student at The Sainsbury Laboratory, Norwich Research Park, specializing in plant pathology and disease resistance. Current research focuses on understanding plant pathogen virulence and host defense mechanisms, supervised by Pr Jonathan Dallas Jones and Dr Frank Menke. Camille has actively participated in various outreach and academic events, including the Norwich Science Festival and the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Show. Previous research internships at prestigious institutions like the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and INRA have provided experience in plant biology and symbiotic interactions. Educational background includes a PhD in Plant Pathology and Plant Disease Resistance from the University of East Anglia and an Hons. Master’s degree in Plant Biology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
