Allison Peterson, SPHR, has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Allison began their career in 2004 as the Human Resources Director at Duffy's Sports Grill. In 2020, they moved to Deluxe HR in the same role, and then in 2021 they took on the same position at The Salty Donut.

Allison Peterson, SPHR has a background in business administration and management, having studied Business Administration and Management, General at Monmouth University and earning an Associate of Arts - AA from The Culinary Institute of America. Allison also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in June 2022.
