Chris London

Chris London is a Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for data collection and reporting. Chris has been with Community HousingWorks for just over two years, during which time they have made significant contributions to the company's data infrastructure.

Chris oversees a database containing over 9,000 active residents living across Community HousingWorks' 42 properties. Chris reports regularly on this data using a custom-built MS Power BI dashboard, which they built from the ground up. In addition to their work with the Power BI dashboard, Chris has also collaborated with 5 of the company's 7 departments to build more than 20 data collection and workflow applications using Kintone software.

In coordination with the CEO and COO, Chris has overseen 15 organization-wide data collection and reporting efforts. Moving forward, their goal is to further increase the efficiency of data collection by implementing automated workflows. Chris is also assisting the company's fundraising department in building and implementing a new CRM system.

Chris London has a High School Diploma from Crawford High School. They also have a Certification from UC San Diego in Business Intelligence and a Certification from BlackBag Technologies in Blackbaud Certification in Raiser's Edge - 2018 Fundamentals.
