Katie Musolf has extensive experience in the advertising and sales industry. Katie is currently working as the Sr. Director of Advertising at The San Diego Union-Tribune since 2023. Prior to this role, they were with Stats Digital from 2020 to 2023, where they held positions such as Digital Sales Director and Digital Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed a team and developed and executed various marketing campaigns. Before joining Stats Digital, they worked at The San Diego Union Tribune from 2011 to 2020, where they held positions such as Entertainment Sales Manager, Multi-Media Account Executive, and Interactive Sales Consultant. Katie also has experience working at Formula PR, Clear Channel Radio, Student Groove Card, and Modus Publicity in various sales and marketing positions.
Katie Musolf attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion," and "Unconscious Bias," all from LinkedIn in July 2020. Katie also holds certifications in "IAB Digital Media Sales" from IAB Learning in March 2018 and "Google AdWords" from Google in May 2016.
