Subhodeep Sanyal

Subhodeep Sanyal serves as the Global Head of Accounting at The Sandbox since April 2023, following a role as Audit Manager at PwC UK from December 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading audit methodology for digital assets and providing expertise on crypto asset regulation and compliance. Prior experience includes founding and leading the Assurance Blockchain Center of Excellence at EY, as well as functioning as a Senior Auditor focused on Banking and Capital Markets. Subhodeep's career began at Deutsche Bank as an Analyst on the CMTS Debt Origination Team and included a position at PwC as a Senior Associate, conducting tests of details and controls for capital market instruments. Subhodeep holds an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College (Kolkata).
